If you want to cancel a session that you have already booked, our policy is that you should do so at least one hour (60 minutes) before the commencement of the session. Cancellations made less than 60 minutes before the commencement time will not be eligible for a refund, as the tutor needs to be compensated for the inconvenience caused.
