It is important to note that our service is not intended for completing assignments on behalf of students. Therefore, students are strictly prohibited from soliciting services that involve the tutor completing assignments for them. Engaging in such malpractice constitutes a violation of our terms of use.
Similarly, our tutors are expected to adhere to our principles and refrain from any practices that involve completing assignments on behalf of students. Their role is to guide students, help them grasp the underlying concepts, and enable them to independently complete their assignments.
While we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform, it is important to note that we do not actively monitor all tutoring sessions to detect or prevent instances of malpractice or misuse. Therefore, both students and tutors are responsible for ensuring ethical and responsible use of our platform and services.
TutorSavior offers tutoring sessions ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in duration. These sessions can be scheduled as either one-off sessions or recurring sessions for a specified period. It is essential to adhere to the agreed-upon scheduling timelines unless unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to do so.
If a student wishes to cancel a tutoring session, they must do so at least 1 hour before the scheduled session commencement time. Once tutoring has commenced, the student may only request a change of tutor, and no refunds will be provided for sessions cancelled midway.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise and prevent adherence to the scheduled session timelines, the student, in consultation with the tutor, may choose to reschedule the session for a more suitable future time. The rescheduling request must be clearly communicated, and the session timetable should be updated accordingly.

When you request tutoring services on our platform, the charges will be determined based on factors such as your academic level, the complexity of the concepts being addressed, the number of scheduled sessions, and the type of assistance required. We offer standardized pricing for sessions lasting 30 minutes and 60 minutes. The total cost of your sessions will be calculated by multiplying the standard rate by the number of sessions scheduled. Additionally, we offer supplementary services, including the provision of reference materials and sample essays, which are billed separately.
Our billing policy requires upfront payment for any services obtained on the platform. For tutoring services, payment will be made via an invoice sent to you after you and your tutor have agreed upon the number of sessions required. For additional services, such as study materials and sample essays, payment will be processed through a checkout system.
If you choose to cancel your session(s) at least one hour prior to their scheduled commencement, you may request a refund. However, a processing fee of 9% or $50, whichever is less, will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have any concerns about the privacy of your details with these companies, we recommend contacting them directly and reviewing their comprehensive data protection and privacy policies.

During tutoring sessions, any materials transmitted by the tutor to the student are considered the intellectual property of the respective tutor. All intellectual property rights associated with such materials are credited to the tutor, and any liabilities arising from the use of these materials rest solely with the tutor.
All other materials obtained from the TutorSavior website, such as sample essays and study materials, are the intellectual property of TutorSavior. Reproduction and redistribution of these materials are strictly prohibited under the terms outlined herein.
If TutorSavior determines that any user has violated this provision, we reserve the right to contact the individual involved and request that they take necessary actions to remedy any damage caused by the infringement, where feasible. If the user fails to comply or persists in the violation, we may be compelled to pursue legal action for the infringement.

This includes but is not limited to any financial, academic, or other losses incurred.
TutorSavior strives to provide a reliable and high-quality tutoring platform, but it is important to recognize that the effectiveness and outcomes of the tutoring sessions are dependent on various factors, including user engagement, individual learning capabilities, and external circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, users acknowledge and accept that any benefits or results derived from the services are not guaranteed by TutorSavior.
In the event that TutorSavior determines a user has violated any provision of our terms of use and closure of their account is deemed the appropriate remedy, we will notify the user of the violation and provide the reasons for the termination of their account. The user will have the opportunity to defend themselves by stating their reasons for the alleged violation and whether they believe the situation can be resolved through alternative dispute resolution methods. During this interim period, the user's account will be temporarily suspended, limiting their access to the platform.
If, after considering the user's defense and evaluating the situation, TutorSavior decides to proceed with the termination of the account, we will carry out the termination within seven days of reaching this decision. Prior to restricting the user's access, we will provide the user with an opportunity to download any materials they may have stored on the platform. Following the termination, the user will no longer be able to request our services or access their account.
At TutorSavior, we strive to uphold a fair and transparent process in handling violations of our terms of use. We believe in giving users the opportunity to present their defense and consider all relevant factors before making a final decision on account termination. Our goal is to ensure a secure and respectful environment for all users.
